exporting x,y,z data from 3-D surface plots from ImageJ

Hello,

I would like to extract the x,y,z data from the 3-D surface plots of the fluorescent cell images that I have so I could further analyze them using excel, etc.

Is it possible to do this and if so would someone kindly explain as to how one would go about it.
