extracting nucleus from biological 3D image

Hello,

I am new to the imagej can you please tell me the following answer.

I have a biological 3D image contains 4 nucleus. i want to extract any one nucleus from the image.

Can you please tell me how to do that.

Hi Sravan,

one option, if your nuclei are stained with DAPI or any similar DNA stain,
is the 3D Manager from Thomas Boudier and colleagues.

This great tool furthermore enables you to also analyze the extracted
objects.
