Hi All,
In my imaging experiments I'm getting images that are basically white
dots on a black background. The values I get are either 0; 1023 or
factors of 1023. My question is which would be the best format to
save these images without loosing information and saving memory
space? My hope is to use ImageJ to change the 16 bit grayscale tiff
images that the camera saves into 8 bit (format?) images without
loosing information (I'm ok with dividing everything by 1023).
