Hi,
I sent the previous note about a macro that works using the -macro
command line argument but not using -batch.
In mucking about more, I discovered that the issue is not that imageJ
is having trouble finding the DM3 plugin, but rather that when I run the
command using the -batch flag, the image I am trying to process doesn't
appear to have a valid directory name (path) associated with it.
I can solve the problem with something as ugly as
imageJ -batch getMetaDataBatch `pwd`/FILE.dm3
or explicitly writing out the path to the file, so I guess my question
now is:
Is this expected behavior or is this a bug?
