I’m interested in creating a results window with data from ImageJ measurements, an image, some rating system that I would implement, the date, time, etc. Eventually I’d like to generate a 3D model within ImageJ and then have a means for a user to interactively click on areas of the 3D model to then get a results window.
It would be nice to do all of this within ImageJ. So I’m looking for suggestions on ways to incorporate all these features.
Currently I’m looking at Bio7, but I’m looking for other suggestions from this community as well if another path would be more advisable.
