get data from pooints or table

Hello,
I am using the GDSC plugin Find Foci to identify two major spots in an image.












After using Find Foci there are points marking the foci and an output table generated.















I would like to get the X and Y coordinates for the spots. The table is not a results table and I am having trouble getting a macro to get the coordinates. It seems I may be able to get them from the points marking the spots, but I can't get them to be selected so the coordinates can be read. Does anyone have a suggestion for how I could do this? Ideally I would just like to get the coordinates for these two spots, use them in some calculations, and then move on through a series of images.
