help about Fiji command lines

dolphin_zs
Dear all,

I am new to Fiji and what I want is to execute Fiji on clusters.
And I have checked the help information in the mailing lists. What I found is this command " fiji --headless --console HelloWorldMacro.ijm".
I have downloaded the Fiji.app, and I could use the graphics program.
Where should I found this command "fiji"?
I only have those in Fiji.app directory:

Contents  db.xml.gz  ImageJ2.desktop  ImageJ-linux32  images  jars  java  luts  macros  New_.py  plugins  README.md  retro  scripts  WELCOME.md

Could you please tell me how could I get the command "fiji"?
Thank you!

Best Regards,

Shun

Short answer:
Use "ImageJ-linux32"

Longer answer:
The "fiji" command does not exist anymore. Since "Fiji is Just ImageJ" it
uses the ImageJ launcher. For details, see the wiki page at:
http://imagej.net/Launcher

See also http://imagej.net/Headless
