Hi All,
I'm a new user, and apparently I'm a bit hopeless :(. I have captured images of bacteria and I want to analyse them individually for the colocalization of two fluorophores. Can anyone give some advice on how to pick and number them, and then get that to interface with the colocalization plugin so I get individual datapoints?
Any advice gratefully received!
