Dear,
I am a beginner with Image J.
Our image pixels present the data point.
Therefore, absolute value is important to be preserved.
In some measurement, there is "a spike noise" so I can't figure out the
detail section.
Even in this case, the image file are preserved in each pixel.
(I confirmed it in my program.)
As you can see the regional histogram with small box , the data was kept
well.
1) My question is why overalll histogram in an image is so different to real
data (regional histogram).
2) is there some reliable way or image processing concept to present the
spiked image without modifying the real data in image?
Best,
S. Lee
