how can I make different drawings on different stacks?

Suleiman
Hi ImageJ users,

I work in developmental biology and want to show the change in shape of an area of interest over time. I would like to do this by drawing out the different shapes on my movie. I wondered if someone could tell me how to do this (if at all possible).

So far I can overlay static drawings using ctrl+alt+B. But the overlay appears throughout all the stacks of the movie, which is  not useful for what I want to show. Is there a way to draw different shapes on different stacks?

Many thanks in advance,
Suleiman

Enable "Set stack positions" in Image>Overlay>Overlay Options and selections added to the overlay by pressing "b" (Image>Overlay>Add Selection) will be associated with the current stack slice.
