Hi,
i wanted to use imageJ for measurement of cytoplasm and nuclei in Histopathology image. There are several Plug-in i have use. every time i have to go to menu bar and click on it.
i want ask is there any method by which i have just select the plug-in which i want to run one after another, list it , and Just selecting one macro and all the plugin will run one by one automatically. so that i dont have to go to menu bar and have to run plug-in indivudually
like if i want run following plug-in in one after aonther
1. colour deconvolution
2. 8 bit greyscale Conversion
3. histogram equalization,
4. greyscale thresholding
5. smoothing of Image 1 with a 5 X 5 average filter
6. greyscale inversion to convert the dark nuclei into bright ‘domes’,
7. greyscale reconstruction with dome extraction
8. greyscale inversion
9. the watershed transform
8. a dilation without region merging
9. bit-wise logical AND of Image
