Hi Friends, Thank you for your time reading this post.
I am trying to measure distance of sprouting from perimeter of muscle on fix 16 lines (originating from central point and going to periphery at fix angle of 22.5 degree between them) to standardize it. I do not know how to create grid from central point and lines like "sunray". I would be really thankful if someone could help me out with this. I have around 1700 images to process once I figure this out!
I am sorry to be greedier but is there anyway I can make imagej measure this distance on this 16 lines and sum it up? Something like I can decide the line end point and imagej can keep summing it?
