how to get the size distribution using imageJ

srsuren
Hello there,

i am relatively new to imageJ. I have some optical pictures containing bubbles. i need to measure the size of each bubble and to plot the distribution graph. I'm finding it difficult to do this.

Could anyone for you can direct me to a tutorial or give me the steps for measuring and ploting the bubble sizes (diameters) would be appriciated greatly.

Many thanks in advace!

1. Make sure "Area" is checked in Analyze>Set Measurements.
2. Threshold the image using Image>Adjust>Threshold.
3. Run Analyze>Analyzer Particles and check "Display Results" in the
dialog box.
4. Run Analyze>Distribution.
