how to make a transparent resizable window which will scroll along with the background in Imagej

Respected imagej Researchers, I regularly use the Hitachi TM3030plus
Scanning Electron Microscopy.  I take pictures and join them to get
large images, is there any way in Imagej to have a transparent
resizable window which will scroll along with the background. This
will help me take photos with 5% overlap easily. Thanks,
