how to save records from Recorder with out showing it?

Hi all, I need to save some filters used on my ImageJ app without
displaying Recorder, I mean with out displaying macro recorder of
ImageJ. Also, I need to get the configuration params used to run the
filter. If you know about it, any idea would be appreciated. Best
