how to save results of MTrack2 in a macro

I am using MTrack2 in a macro, and wish to save the results.
I know that I can make this part of the arguments to the MTrack2 call.
However, I really want to have it generate the results and then save
them. So I tried to save it by selecting the window labeled "Results" ,
and then saving it. However, when I check the file that has been saved,
it is not the MTrack2 results. Instead, I find the results of the last
Particle Analyzer call (even though I thought MTrack2 overwrote that
window, and I cannot find those results anywhere in the ImageJ window list.

So, is there a way to get at that window and save it from within the
macro? I tried saving it from the menus (which works), and recording it
with the macro recorder (which does not).
