Hi
I have a sequence of images from an angiogram in a stack. I have used the process-image calculator in imagej to perform digital subtraction of the image without contrast in from the other images to leave just the contrast in the resulting image. There seems to be movement throughout the sequence which causes misregistration artefacts. For the task i have been set i think i need to place markers on each image and then perform the digital subtraction as before, is there a way to do this? i am a beginner to imagej and the only thing i have done previously with image registration is using TurboReg to just register two images. Can anyone help please? Thanks Nicola |
There is a plugin related to TurboReg called Stackreg. That might help you.
