image viewer for tif int16

Dear,

I am looking for a viewer as a thumbnail (multi small image) for integer 16
Tif format.
I have many data so I need to find a specific data I wanted.
Any recommendation?

Hi,

In ImageJ, there is no icon vier that I am aware of.
You could open an image sequence, then you could use 'Make Montage'  
to create an overview.

Beyond ImageJ, IrfanView has a nice icon display (though I have not  
tried its icon display with 16 bits). It runs on Windows, but also on  
Linux with Wine.

Hi,

There is a thumbnail viewer based on BioFormats and ImageJ called Focal
Point:
http://www.bioinformatics.bbsrc.ac.uk/projects/focalpoint/

When I tested it it was working but not vey polished. You can try it to see
if it does what you want.

On a Windows machine my image viewer of choice was DIMIN Viewer, as it
support Metamorph .stk file format :

I am happening to work on tiff image viewer, which includes tiff image web viewer, tiff file windows viewer as well as tiff image mobile viewer. The most widely used is tiff image windows viewer, with which you can view and process tiff file very fast, appending with tiff annotation tool.
