Hi all,
I am a newbie in ImageJ, I also checked out this forum for my problem. Sorry if I missed a topic related to my question.
The thing is, I am using a plugin named SteerableJ, and I guess it is not built macro-friendly(i.e. I can not record actions via built-in macro recorder when I am in the window of the plugin). I need to make the whole process automatic though. Is there any workaround about this issue? Maybe defining a shortcut for a button in plugin window, or something else? Many thanks in advance.
