Hi all,
We need to extract the 3D coordinates of in-situ hybridization spots as well
as categorize the intensity of those spots within a five step scale for some
1,500 slides.
Could anyone recommend a plug-in that would help us with this task?
Also, when building a stack of images, how can we automate the alignment of
the images so the coordinates match? Is there a centroid function? How can
we align edges to compensate for any rotational differences?
Finally, the sample data must be rectified (scaled) to match a reference
model. Any ideas of how we might get a scaling factor?
