Hi,
I draw selections like straight lines on images and I visualise the plot profile. I would like to know what the interpolate line profiles option do and why use it.
When I uncheck the interpolate line profiles option , I observe on the plot profile that sometimes the intensity values correspond to the pixels next to the ones where the line selection cross. Why? Is it because you take the intensity value at the positions x and y equal to the x and y coordinates of the intersection point between the line and the pixel plus 0.5?
Thanks you for your response.
Carole.
