is it possible to label ROIs and save them as one single nifti Image

Dear everyone:


I drew a few ROIs on an image using ImageJ and wondered if it is possible that I save all the ROIs as one single nifti mask image, also different ROIs have different values (labelled).

I hope someone could shed some light on how I could remove the question.
