Job Description
Design, perform and analyze studies utilizing immunofluorescence and
immunohistochemistry on human tissues, xenograft models and cell lines.
Major Activities
Independently design and perform experiments with a high degree of
complexity, demonstrating expertise in immunofluorescence and fluorescent
microscopy.
Independently perform image analysis and develop new image analysis
algorithms.
Recognize problems and trouble-shoot.
Represent the lab at project team meetings.
Contribute to report writing and other publications.
Work collaboratively with others in the group and project team members.
1.Intelligent and efficient design of experiments.
2.Generation of high-quality data with appropriate controls.
3.Accurate analysis of immunofluorescence and immunohistochemical data in
human and rodent samples.
4.Timely production of data sets.
5.Communicates results clearly to project teams and other customers.

Education (minimum/desirable): MS or BS in the Biological Sciences.
Minimum requirements
Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience. Experience with
immunofluoresence, fluorescent microscopy and image analysis is required
