Hi all!
I have the segmented images of a voxel phantom. I have 470 (8-bit) raw files. I want to join the files in a unique file. Some days ago someone suggested to import as raw files and checked the box 'all files in the folder'. In this way one can import all files in the folder. Although it is apparently ok. One can see the stacked file with the 3d viewer and see the phantoms something is wrong. The phantom
should have 62 organs but the stacked file when analyzing it , has 72 organs, 10 more than the original. Other forum suscriber suggested
joining the files with the unix command cat. I did so but the resulting file had the same problem, 10 more organ/tissues than the original one.
Does anyone have any suggestion.
