Astrii
hello,
When I have drawn around an area with yellow line on an image, I try to change the yellow line to black using (Analysis -> label) so that the line will not disappear when I count cells. When I pressed the "label", there was a message on the screen "measurement counter is zero". What have I done wrong?

The Analyze > Label command is used to label the active selection with
the number of the last measurement in the Results table.
See the documentation at:
http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/docs/guide/146-30.html#toc-Subsection-30.5

If you want to paint your active selection into the image, using the
current foreground color, use Edit > Draw or simply press [D].

Hth,
Jan
