leukocyte rolling velocity and adhesion

Dear ImageJ users,
I have intravital microscopy movies in ND2 Nikon format of mouse mesenteric blood vessels with fluorescent-labeled leukocytes that I would like to analyze for 1) rolling velocity and 2) number of adherent (stationary >30 sec) cells. Would you please recommend a method for this analysis using ImageJ?
