I have a pluging called Matrix_.java located in
$home/Fiji.App/plugings/JNin/ that uses an external class, located in
$home/Fiji.App/plugings/JNin//mypoint/Point.java
I found that in Fiji, I have to install the pluging everytime I start
the program.
If I go to Plugings->JNin->Matrix just after starting Fiji, I found the
following error:
java.lang.Exception: Could not compile
/home/jguzman/Fiji.app/plugins//Matrix_.java:
/home/jguzman/Fiji.app/plugins/Matrix_.java:29: package mypoint does not
exist
import mypoint.*;
After doing "Pluging-> Install Pluging" the pluging working, but when I
restart Fiji the problem is again there. Is there any way to have the
pluging automatically installed in that submenu after starting Fiji?
I would appreciate some help here...
Thanks
