low quality after resizing image

Dear all,

I've got a problem after resizing an image using imageJ in my program. The resized image (http://www-users.york.ac.uk/~yf508/hoa/t1.jpg) doesn't look as good as the image resized by photoshop(http://www-users.york.ac.uk/~yf508/hoa/t2.jpg). Any suggestions?
