.lvi files

TabithaB
Hi everyone,

I am currently recording movies with a Lumenera Infinity 1 Capture camera which is attached to a microscope. The movies are recorded in a raw format: .lvi files. I could convert the movies into .avi files in order to analyze them with ImageJ, but this is taking hours and I wondered if there is a way of loading them to ImageJ without having to convert them.

Thanks for any help,

Tabs

Hi Tabs,

If you would be willing to provide a few sample files, support for
.lvi files could be added to Bio-Formats
(http://loci.wisc.edu/bio-formats).  I will email you off-list with an
FTP server to which you can upload files.

Regards,
-Melissa
