Hello everyone,
I am a chemist and, therefore, I don't know really how to use ImageJ, but I have to do something with it and I need some help.
I have a lot of folders with 100 confocal-images per folder (name1.ids; name2.ids etc.) and I would like to create a macro for open the confocal-image-data, then merge the channels and then save all merged images as png in a new folder.
Is it possible to do something like this? Because it will be really a lot of work if I have to do it manually for every single image.
If it is possible: Is someone able and willing to help me?
