marker-controlled watershed segmentation using MorphoLibJ

ChenX
Dear all,

I am following a thread doing marker-controlled watershed segmentation using
MorphoLibJ plugin.
I wonder how to turn the segmented areas into ROIs which I can apply on the
original image and do some measurement such as intensity, area, ellipse and
so on. To be more specific, for example, I would like to use Analyze
Particles function on the segmented image, how to proceed?

Thanks!
Xing

Dear Xing,

Once you have the results from MorphoLibJ's watershed plugins, you can use
that image (called "label image") to obtain those measurements using the
plugins under "Plugins > MorphoLibJ > Analyze".

Cheers!
