Hi all,
I just installed the WCIF ImageJ (Version 1.38w). I have a gray scale image, used a threshold and created a ROI from it. Then I wanted to measure the area and got a value like 15.16 which is definitely not in pixels... I have seen, that in the image properties are information on how many pixels are 1 inch. So probably, it's measured in inch??? How can I turn it off? I just want to measure in pixels and nothing else... Could anybody help me? Antje |
Antje,
go to the menu ANALYZE select the option SET SCALE and write the following values in the window that pops-up: Distance in Pixels: 1 Known Distance: 1 Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1 Unit of Length: pixel This will reset the scaling and give you the values of your measurements in pixels.
