measuring angles

Hello there,

I was wondering if someone could help me.  Right now I am measuring
pennation angle of muscle "by hand" - that is, I am using the angle
measuring tool and manually measuring each angle for a series of images.
Is there a way I can quickly measure the angle and/or angle change
between subsequent images?  If it helps, I am dealing with ~160 images
per analysis.

Thanks for any help!  It will be greatly appreciated!

It depends substantially on the images. More to the point: it depends on
the shape and "recognizability" of the structures you want to measure.

Some shapes are extremely easy to detect (and then, you can automate the
measuring step), others are extremely hard. Do you have an example image?
