I am interested to work on your valuable software (image J).
I want to measure the surface area occupied by a balloon hepatocyte using
image J in the H & E stained section. I tried to do thresholding but the
cell boundaries were not clear to be appear in the image section after
thresholding.
Can you please provide me with the protocol I can follow to get better
results?
