Hi,
I have began a series of experiments that involve the production of
droplets in a carrier fluid. It is important that I can measure their
size (diameter) and their velocity as they move in a linear flow.
Currently I am producing a stack of images and then measuring these
values manually. I would be interested to find out if there is a
specific plugin that I might be able to use for my purpose. I have
been searching online but have not found anything suitable so far.
An example of the typical stack I am working with can be found at the
following Google drive location >>>
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B66eKr8PljEBVDVNaF9WQVZKc2s/view?usp=sharingI don't know if it would be possible to include a selection of region
of interest prior to the analysis, i.e. a box in the center of the
screen for example that would allow the debris/residue seen at either
end of the channel to be ignored?
For reference the channel width (channel runs horizontally along the
frame) is 100 micron wide in the vertical direction, and the image
size is 2040*800 pixels.
Regards,
Martin.
