missing "save as quicktime MOV" from File menu

I am running the latest versions of 32bit and 64 bit imageJ in Win7.  In the File>Save As menu, the option to save as quicktime MOV is missing and there are options to save as "animated gif" and "analyze 7.5".

I have quicktime 7.6.9 pro installed and I just cannot save my image stack to mov.  What is the problem?
