I have an image stack of particles adsorbing and desorbing to a surface at
random positions throughout the stack. I would like to be able to (1) count
the number of particles in each slice and (2) measure how long each of the
particles are bound to the surface before leaving. I would rather not
identify individual ROIs since there are many particles coming and going in
any given slice. Is anyone aware of applicable plugins? Thanks,
