Dear ImageJ colleagues
I have a volume dataset where I am segmenting by hand (cannot distinguish by pixel intensity) a lesion over many slices. So each slice of the volume has a different roi shape and in fact some slices can have multiple rois defined where the lesion is complex. These ROIs then have to be mapped over to a second volume dataset (with the same dimensions etc as the first) where I do my analysis on the areas within the mapped ROIs.
I have found complicated ways of performing this task but they are all very difficult to implement !
Does anyone have a suggestion to do this simply please ..there must be a solution that is easy to use ?
