Here you are a new version of bUnwarpJ which fixes the previous
release's bugs:

now stored with a predefined name: sourceFileName+"_direct_transf.txt"
and targetFileName+"_inverse_transf.txt"
http://biocomp.cnb.csic.es/~iarganda/bUnwarpJ/#Macro_call- The Input/Ouput options (transform, compose, compare, adapt...) are
now also available from the macro language by calling static methods
with the call function. Only notice here that these methods are applied
to files (i.e. you should include paths in the file names) and not
opened images.
