Does anyone out there know how to make ImageJ and or dcm4chee into a general
radiology viewer?  I would especially like to speak with someone with FDA
approval experience with ImageJ dcm4chee.

We have implemented some small Dicom Viewer based on Imagej and dcm4che,
but no actions to approve it any kind have been done so far, as we only
needed it for testing and not for diagnostics. You can find it here:
