imageJ List-
I am new here, so we'll see how this works. I am having some issues with the point picker plugin in imageJ. I am using version 1.38x on my macbook. There are several issues.
First, when I first load the plugin and choose the "add crosses" tool in the toolbar, it doesn't start to work until I click on several things first (I haven't figured out the order, but after some time of clicking different things, it starts to put down marks onto the image).
Second, when I scroll through a movie, so that I can put marks on subsequent frames (I am counting exocytosis events) the "X" which marks the spot won't show up as I play the movie if I use the <> buttons on the keyboard to scroll, but do show up if I use the mouse to scroll the movie with the arrows at the bottom of the window. This is particularly inconvenient since I want to mark with the mouse and scroll with the keyboard buttons and also track what I have and have not marked.
Hope that made sense. Kevin Elicieiri mentioned that this server has many people active in fixing plugins, so I wanted to put this out there.
