Hi, everybody.
Thank you for patience first.
We got some pictures of the cells which have been strained by the membrane on which the cells are cultivated. We labelled the cells by some dyes and our plan is:
1. First of all, we take pictures of the cells before the strain then select points on this. We also select points on the membrane.
2. We Strain the cell then take a picture again then try to find the displacement of the original points. We try to comparing the displacement of the points on the membrane and on the cells, respectively. Then we use the difference of the displacement to know the stiffness or how strongly the cell attached to the membrane.
Then may someone recommend some plugin of the ImageJ for our cell?
Thanks again.
