Dear ImageJ,
I am trying to measure the distance of nuclei from a line, and every time I draw a new line and analyse it to measure its length, the original line disappears. Is there is a way to keep all the lines and analysing them together?

Best wishes,
Kenawy

Hi Kenawy,

Press the t key to add each line to the ROI manager after you draw it. Then
you will have them all entered in the ROI list to call up as needed.

Cheers
