open DICOM by URL with ij-bug?

Hi everybody,

when I open this DICOM-file (http://www.oliver-lazar.de/dicom/cardio.dcm) directly as file, ImageJ correctly shows the image.

By the use of 'openURL' (e.g. ->Menu: File->Import->URL...) ImageJ shows only a black or broken image.

Could anybody tell me what the problem is?

Some RGB DICOMs do not open correctly using a URL, but I do not know  
what is causing the problem.
