out of memory on netbeans

Zeev Smilansky
Hi All
I'm developing ImageJ plugins on NetBeans and get the "out of memory" message
<Out of memory>
<All available memory (63MB) has been>
<used. Instructions for making more>
<available can be found in the "Memory" >
<sections of the installation notes at>
<http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/docs/install/>
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I understand that this may be due to invoking the JAR instead of the .exe file - how can this be changed in NetBeans? it works OK outside netbeans.
Thanks for any help
Zeev

Hi Zeev,

From your email, I presume you're trying to launch ImageJ/the plugin directly from Netbeans. Try to right click on the Project you're trying to run and go to Properties. In the window that should pop-up, you may find a "Run" entry where you may edit the options used at startup by the JVM: try setting the required amount of memory there. Hopefully, this should solve your problem

I did - but couldn't find it.
In fact, I wish I knew how to convince NetBeans to make an "ImageJ.exe"
file..... any clue?
