outlining

[PR Muston, Physiology]

I am using IJ 1.38f

The wand (or tracing tool) will outline only in yellow.  It would be useful
to be able to change this outline colour from yellow so that it can be seen
better.

Is there any way of doing this?

Try "Edit>Options>Colors...".
