(overlay) problems with former stable macros, FIJI script editor issue

Rainer M. Engel
I run into problems with macros which worked fine a few weeks/months ago.

1. I got a yellow marked mask outline (Label too, the number of that
mask) although no mask was in ROI Manager and I had deselected all for
saving the images.

Operation was in BatchMode and although nothing set explicitly to the
overlay, adding >run("Remove Overlay")< solved this problem for me.

2. Another macro creates black images although I could "repair" this by
disabling batch-mode.

Was there a recent change concerning the overlay functions or their
behaviour? Any help is much appreciated.

FIJI Script-Editor issue
I encountered this on both Windows architectures, x86 and x64. When
there was the script-window open (and something executed), one has to
force "End Process Tree" to quit Fiji.

Best Regards,
Rainer
