Dear Marcel,
You should add the "Bounding Rectangle" measurement to the list of measured
parameters under Analyze>Set Measurements...
BY will be the top of an object, and BY+Height will give you the bottom
coordinate.
For your X coordinate, you could use BX+(Width/2)
