particle tracker

Hi,
am using the particle tracker plugin written by Guy Levy (which is just great!!) to track protein clusters in the plasma membrane over time. The tracking works fine, but the value I finally need is the distance traveled by selected particles within a defined time frame. I just wondered if there's anybody out there who has already modified this plugin so that it will calculate something like this... All suggestions welcome!
