plugin/macro to calculate migration velocity of cells from a AVI or series of TIFF files

Dear Experienced users

I am looking for a plugin/macro that can calculate migration velocity of  a cell .My aim is to compare  migration velocities of individual cells in a one set of image series to another set of image series. to know in one set cells move faster than in another set etc.
